DWG LOCK YOUR BOX CAMPAIGN
DWG Citizens Public Safety Academy Alumni Association is initiating a Lock Your Box Campaign in partnership with our Dalworthington Gardens DPS. We would like to encourage all of our DWG citizens to consider purchasing a locking mailbox. We are partnering with local merchants to pass on a discounted price to our citizens (thanks to the hard work of our CPSAAA member-Jim Fallon). If you are interested in getting more information regarding the Lock Your Box Initiative, please contact us at dwgcpsaaa@yahoo.com. In the meantime, we have learned that the United States Postal Service has a free program available at https://www.usps.com/intheknow/ that allows you to digitally preview your mail and manage your packages scheduled to arrive soon. The program is called Informed Delivery, it allows you to view grey scale images of the exterior, address side of letter-sized mail pieces and track packages, that are processed through USPS automated equipment, in one convenient location.
