DWG Department of Public Safety and the Community, WORKING TOGETHER!
Help make a difference in our community today.
Our vision for this not-for-profit association is to bring together graduates of the Dalworthington Gardens Citizens Public Safety Academy, to improve relations between the DWG DPS and the civilian community in all phases of law enforcement activities, and to further the aims of the Dalworthington Gardens Department of Public Safety.
The mission and objectives of the DWGCPSAAA are to present and promote a continuing positive image of all law enforcement, but specifically the Dalworthington Gardens Department of Public Safety (hereinafter “DWG DPS”) and its constitutionally mandated function; to support and assist the DWG DPS by lessening their burdens; to advance, foster, and promote the DWGCPSAAA; to conduct the affairs, carry on its operation, and have an office within the City of DWG to exercise the purposes defined herein; to foster a positive image of the DWG DPS and the citizens of the City of DWG; to encourage continuing education and training; and to conduct or engage in any lawful act or activity for which the DWGCPSAAA has been organized under the Non-Profit Act of the State of Texas.
We love our community, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
